Recruitment Rally Recruiting Office (HQ), Pune. Indian Army invited application from eligible male candidates of districts Ahmednagar, Beed, Latur, Osmanabad, Pune and Solapur for recruitment of Sol GD, Sol Tech, Sol Tech (Aviation/Ammunition Examiner ‘X’ Group), Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant (Veterinary) and Sol Tdns in Indian Army through recruitment rally to be conducted under Recruiting Office (HQ), Pune. Online registration is mandatory, which is started from 09 Jul 2021. Eligible male candidates who are interested and searching job in Indian Army as Sol GD, Sol Tech, Sol Tech (Aviation/Ammunication Examiner), Sol Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant (Veterinary) and Sol Tdns are advised to go through the notification, check eligibility and apply online on or before 22 Aug 2021. Admit Cards for rally will be sent on the registered email ID of the candidates. Candidates should report at venue of rally at time date and time in Admit Card.

Provisional/Online Education Certificate should be signed certified ink signed by the head of the Institute. Candidate passed from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate duly signed by BEO/DEO. |

Domicile Certificate with Photographs issued by Tehsildar/District Tehsildar/District Magistrate. |

Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate.

Relationship Certificates |
SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW Candidates are required to produce Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record
Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the
Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. Relationship certificate should bear water
marks of the concern Records.
A declaration to the effect as mentioned in Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp
paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be
submitted by the candidate at rally site. For format of affidavit please see the Appendix ‘B’ of notifications.
Original Discharge Book of Ex-Servicemen also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the
candidate must have been recorded in it.

NCC A/B/C Certificate and Republic Day Parade certificate should have
photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority (if applicable). |

Affidavit |
Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly
attested by notary will be submitted by candidate at the Rally Site without fail. For format of affidavit please see the Appendix ‘D’ of notification. Submission of Affidavit is Mandatory to gain entry into the Rally. Candidates
WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the rally without affidavit. |

mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay and Allowances and other social benefits
